[Proudhon-seminar] Just another Proudhon quote

I'm afraid the discussion was a bit too heavy and big in words for me (lots of other things to do in life), but as a little contribution here's another quote, which leaves me somewhat puzzled. He did not talk "Revolution", but the audience did indeed understand it that way (hence later that session "hell" broke out in the assemblée).

Are following distillations in line in what came out of the big discussion in the seminar:
1/ property becomes possession, thanks to abolishing (gradually) the rights to income from capital
2/ capital which first was productive, becomes thus sterile because of competition and mutualism

Does this mean that there is no problem at all having capital but that the only way to use is is either keep it in a sock under your bed (which funny enough these days is probably the most sure thing to do) or just use it to buy "things".
So capital is not used directly to generate income, but indirectly it will. The my question: Is mutuellism enough to keep a Just World ?
